Personal data

It is compulsory to provide personal information for the purposes of remote selling; this information is essential for the processing and dispatching of orders and the creation of invoices and guarantees. A lack of such information prevents the validation of the order. In accordance with the Data Protection law, the processing of personal information relating to Clients was the subject of a declaration to the French Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL - French Data Protection Agency).

In accordance with Article 34 of the law of 6 January 1978, the Client has the right to access, amend, correct and delete any data relating to them and may exercise this right by contacting the Vendor's customer service. Furthermore, the Vendor undertakes not to pass the contact details of its Clients on to third parties, either free of charge or in exchange for compensation.
