No-breakage guarantee!

Bruno Evrard guarantees the optimum protection of products ordered on the Internet. Our logistics service uses packaging techniques adapted to the transport constraints, so that our products can travel in the best possible conditions. Each product is packaged carefully and safely.

External protection:

The use of double wall corrugated cardboard boxes guarantees optimum protection against all types of stress, including shocks, friction, water and dust, ensuring that the parcel remains solid and protected.

Internal protection:

We use the appropriate padding methods to protect your parcel. Each item is packaged separately and surrounded by a large amount of padding, which protects the items from shocks or vibrations from outside the box.

We carry out regular pressure, drop and impact tests on our packaging in order to guarantee a no-breakage delivery.

Bruno Evrard will exchange* or reimburse* any item damaged during transport.

Conditions for exchange or reimbursement:

• Customer services must be informed of any item received damaged and provided with a photo of the product in question, within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
• A replacement product or a reimbursement will be provided within 15 days of the incident declaration.
